Robert Dale Bannister

          Robert Dale Bannister, 62, of Farmington, passed away Friday October 15, 2021, at Barnes Jewish-Siteman in St. Louis.  He was born Wednesday March 1, 1959, in Farmington, to Robert Edward and Clara Bonnell (Worthy) Bannister.  He was preceded in death by his father Robert Edward Bannister.

          Dale is survived by his wife, Sandra Fay (Whitehead) Bannister; two daughters, Tammy Dawn Wilson (Steven), and Kristina Dale Handley-Pacheco (Christopher); stepchildren, Jason Anthony Grindstaff (Laura), Jamie Ray King, and Rhonda Kaye Clayton (Stanley), grandchildren, Jacob Donald Handley, Nathaniel Robert Handley, Alexis Marion Conway (Clayton), Courtney Nichole Hasse (Sean), Cody King (Shelby), Adam Lawhon, Kyla Morgan Medlen (Justin), Halie Conley, and 9 great-grandchildren. He was also survived by his siblings Elzy Bannister (Jan), Pat Ball (Jerry), Melba Johnston (Roy), Gay Black (Bill), Eddie Bannister (Terri) as well as  several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.

          Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home Taylor Chapel in Farmington, Monday, October 18, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  The visitation will resume at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 until service time at 11:00 AM.  Rev. Shawn Braswell officiating.  Burial will follow service at Little Vine Cemetery in Sprott, MO.
