Robert Jean Nesbit

Mr. Robert Jean Nesbit passed away on Sunday morning, December 30, 2007, at Farmington Presbyterian Manor at the age of 78 years, 4 months & 21 days. Robert was born on August 9, 1929, in Abilene, Kansas, the son of Roy Arthur Johnson and Ruby Pearl 'Whittington' Johnson Nesbit. Also preceding in death were: adoptive father, Charles E. Nesbit & one son, John Stepp.

Robert was a member of the Lutheran Church.

Survivors Include: Wife, Prisceilla Ethel 'Szarko' Stepp Nesbit, of Lacombe, LA; Daughter Roberta "Mrs. David" Pignanelli, of Cleveland, Ohio; 3 Sons, Roy Charles (& Joy) Nesbit, of Lacombe, LA, Matthew Dewey Nesbit, of New Orleans, LA & Steven Clyde Stepp, of New Orleans, LA; 2 Sisters, Mary Etta Hamadi, of Kansas City, MO & Lois "Mrs. Don" Dodd, of Dixon, MO; 2 Brothers, Jerry (& Jackie) Nesbit, of Farmington & William D. Nesbit, of Bradenton, FL. Also numerous Grandchildren; Great-Grandchildren & other relatives & friends.

There will be No Visitation.

Memorial Service: Thursday, 1:00 p.m., January 3, 2008, at the Farmington Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Pete Soens officiating.

Family Graveside Service & Interment: Friday, 2:00 p.m., January 4, 2008, at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Warrensburg, Missouri.
