Robert Francis McDowell Jr. (Bobby) of Ironton, Missouri passed away February 21, 2019 in Reynolds County, Missouri. Bobby was born on November 29, 1979 in Farmington, Missouri the son of the late Robert Francis and Florence (Nash) McDowell Sr. On June 8, 2012 he was united in marriage to Jotoska Lynn Howell who survives. Also surviving are his sons; Devon and Brett McDowell, his brothers; Michael Pirtle and Larry Blankenship, his sisters; Mary Nelson and Melissa Ratford, nephews; Jacob Wren and Travis Wren, nieces; Mary Lee and Amber Nelson and his great nephews; Brandon Dean, Jackson Wren and Carson Wren as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Bobby was preceded in death by his son, Eric Robert McDowell who was stillborn in 2005. Bobby was a graduate of Arcadia Valley High School in 2000. There are no services planned at this time.
