Robert Lewis Newman

Robert Lewis Newman, known to most as Bob, passed away July 10, 2017 at his residence at the age of 80 years. He was born March 24, 1937 in Farmington, Missouri the son of the late James Garfield and Hallene Genevieve (Stevens) Newman. On November 27, 1958 he was united in marriage to Jo Ann Allmon who survives. To this union two children were born; Jeffrey David Newman and wife, Diana of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Tracy Lynne Nichols and husband, Terry of Ironton, Missouri. Also surviving are his grandchildren; Allyson (Newman) Quick and husband, Aaron of Greenwood, Missouri, Abbygale (Newman) Gelvin and husband, Jay of Lakewood, Colorado, Andrya Newman and fiance' Jacob Haase of Kansas City, Missouri, Alyxandra (Newman) Griffin and husband, Andrew of Blue Springs, Missouri, Laurie (Nichols) Moses and husband, MSgt.
