Roberta "Birdie" Nunn

          Roberta “Birdie” Nunn, 72, of Park Hills, passed away May 5, 2022, at NHC in Desloge.  She was born July 31, 1949, in Bonne Terre, to the late Robert Lee and Lily Mae (DeGonia) Mulkey.  Roberta enjoyed shooting matches and going to the stock car races in Farmington. 

          She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Nunn; siblings, Ernst Wayne Mulkey and Wilma Hopen.

          Roberta is survived by her two daughters, Tracy Hopen and Christina Dugger; step-children, Jimbo Nunn, Jon Nunn and Sharon Nunn; grandchildren, Christopher Dugger, Gabriella Barton, Marissa Wilkinson and Nicholas Hopen; step-grandchildren, Cameron Nunn, cody Nunn, Bradyn Lamew, Mylei Francis, Hayden Francis; and one great-granddaughter, Issabella Kanzler; siblings, Wyman DeGonia, Bill (Arlene) Mulkey, Michael (Rita) Mulkey, Margie Mulkey, Glenda Mars; and brother in-law, Glenn Hopen.

          Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Saturday, May 7, 2022, from 4:00 PM until the service time of 6:00 PM.  Reverend Mark Moss will be officiating. The family would like to give a special thank you to Safe Harbor Hospice for their love and care given to their mom.
