Rowena Etta Forsythe

Rowena Forsythe, age 92, of French Village, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023, at home surrounded by family. She was born November 4, 1931, in Alton, Illinois to the late Dodge and Martha (Potter) Logan. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Aaron E. Forsythe; brothers, Bill, Jim and Joe Logan and a sister in infancy, Beula Faye Logan. Rowena loved spending time with her family, as well as her church family and friends.

Rowena is survived by her loving children, Brooksie, Loretta (Kevin), Aaron (Cindi), Charles (Carol) and Ronald (Margaret) Forsythe; siblings, Corine Williams, Janet Wood, Janie (Bob) Martin and John (Bettsy) Logan along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and numerous friends. Rowena will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 1:00 PM in Farmington at Three Rivers Cemetery with Reverend David Wright officiating.
