Roy Edwin Mason

Roy Edwin Mason formerly of Wright City, Missouri passed away June 29, 2022, at The Baptist Home in Ironton, Missouri. He was the son of the late William and Chloe (Patillo) Mason. He was born in Honersville, Missouri February 16, 1926. On November 20, 1948, he was united in marriage to Betty Jean (Fish) Mason who survives. To this union three children were born: Larry Mason who preceded him in death, Ronnie Mason (Shelli) of Wright City, Missouri, and Marilyn Thomas (Rank) of Minden, Louisiana. Roy is also survived by his brother, Don Mason of Port Angeles, Washington, his sister, Ruby Oliver of Weirsdale, Florida, his daughter-in-law, Thanh of Indianapolis, Indiana, seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. In addition to his parents and son, Roy was preceded in death by his brother, Doyle Mason, and six sisters: Tess Woods, Gerry Backus, Irene Barlow, Dorothy Westmorelan, Clara Hicks, Gayle Taramarcaz, and Dorie Finkbeiner....
