Ruby Louise Babb

Mrs. Ruby Louise Babb passed away on Saturday afternoon, February 22, 2003, at the Parkland Health Center, South, in Farmington, at the age of 91 years, 6 months & 9 days. Ruby was born on August 13, 1911, in Hiram, Missouri, to Oscar Ural Barnhart & Mary Alice 'Mason' Barnhart. Also preceding-in-death were her husband, Vernon T. Babb (Dec. 25, 1991); 1 Sister, Josephine Causey & 1 Brother, Jerome Mason Barnhart. Ruby was a faithful member of the Farmington First Church of God. SURVIVORS INCLUDE: 2 DAUGHTERS - M. Ernestine 'Mrs. Marvin' Poston, of Leadwood & Vernetta J. 'Mrs. Gene' Burch, of Farmington. 2 SISTERS: Patricia Rickus, of Farmington & Berniece Rickus, of Farmington. 5 GRANDCHILDREN: Lana Jinkerson, of Hillsboro; Tom Burch & Ken Burch, both of Farmington; Janice Mason, of Terre du Lac; Babette Poston, of Independence, MO; Also Surviving Are: 9 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN & 4 GREAT, GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN. Visitation will be Monday, 5-8 p.m., resuming Tuesday, 6:30 am, & funeral Tuesday, 1 pm, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Jeff Combs officiating. Intement will follow in Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Farmington. Memorials to: The Kidney Foundation.
