Mrs. Sally Ann Simpson passed away Thursday morning, September 21, 2017, at Southbrook Skilled Care Nursing Center, in Farmington, at the age of 70 years, 7 months & 5 days. Sally was born February 16, 1947, in St. Louis, MO., & was the daughter of Arzie Clayton Stephens, Sr., & Vivian "Billie" (Johnson) Stephens. Also preceding-in-death were: her husband, Lloyd Ray Simpson (Dec. 13, 1995); a brother, Arzie Clayton Stephens, Jr., a nephew, Jon Stephens and her beloved dog, Maggie Mae Simpson.

Sally was a Social Worker for 20+ years for HospiceCare, Inc., when they were established - later becoming Serenity HospiceCare, Inc.

Survivors Include : 2 daughters - Laura Raymer, of Farmington & Kathryn Simpson (& Ryan Otto), of Ironton. A granddaughter, Ann Raymer, of Farmington. Siblings: David (& Trina) Stephens, of Herculaneum, MO; Tony (& Pat) Stephens, of Winter Gardens, FL; Nancy Richey (& Mark Kohl), of Pacific, MO; Tammy (& Jim) Stevens, of St. Louis, MO. Sister-in-law, Janet Stephens, of Foristell, MO. Son-in-law, Frank Raymer, of Farmington. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins.

Gathering of Friends & Family : Monday, Sept. 25th, starting at 10:00 a.m.

'Celebration of Life' service at : Monday, 1:00 p.m.

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Pastor Shannon Skinner officiating.

Interment : Mt. Zion Cemetery in Annapolis, Missouri.
