Sally Sue Pense

Sally Sue Pense age 77 passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024, at her home in Fredericktown, Missouri. She was born on March 2, 1947, in Fredericktown to Theodore Milburn and Margaret Leah (Swofford) Wright.

On September 30, 1965, in Fredericktown she was united in marriage to Robert Gene Pense, he preceded her in death on October 20, 1980.

She is survived by her three sons -Rodney (Christy) Pense, Wiley Pense and Sam (Hannah) Pense all of Fredericktown; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother – Williard "Pete" Wright; four sisters – Loma Skaggs, Mable Westmoreland, Opal (Alan) Bryant and Sybil Lynn and significant other – Thomas Hayes.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded by two sisters – Liz Buehner and Kaye Spence and daughter-in-law – Nikki Pense.

Sally was a CNA working mostly for nursing homes and home health, she enjoyed quilting, crafts, playing music, doing volunteer work and was a Girl Scout Leader for 27 years; but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

A memorial service may be held at a later date.
