Samuel William Holbrook, "Sam" age 33 passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at his home in Farmington, Missouri. He was born on April 20, 1988 in Fredericktown, Missouri, a son of William Herbert "Rusty" and Letha Marie (Tooman) Holbrook.
On August 18, 2012 in Desloge, Missouri he was united in marriage to Amanda Kaye Watkins, she survives at the home.
Other survivors include his son – Alexander Michael Holbrook of Farmington;
his father – Rusty Holbrook of Fredericktown; his mother – Letha Tooman of Greenville; sister – Tasha Holbrook of Suisun City, California and grandmother – Lettie Holbrook of Fredericktown.
Sam was a United States Army veteran, he earned several medals including the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; he had worked at the Farmington Civic Center and enjoyed target shooting, running and being with his friends and family. He attended the New Beginnings Worship Centre in Farmington.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., also on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home.
Interment will be in the Revelle Cemetery in Cherokee Pass near Fredericktown, with full military honors.
