Sandra Joyce Birmingham

Mrs. Sandra Joyce (O'Farrell) Birmingham passed away Saturday morning, January 11, 2014, at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center, Farmington. Sandra was born on September 17, 1949, in St. Louis, MO, & was the daughter of James L. O'Farrell and the late Mabel D. 'Gray' O'Farrell (dec'd March 24, 2013).

Survivors Include : her father, James L. O'Farrell, of Farmington; 3 sisters, Judy (& Robert) Schultz, of Houston, TX; Brenda O'Farrell, of Farmington & Linda Deirs, of St. Louis. 3 brothers, Daniel (& Frances) O'Farrell; Doug O'Farrell & Dave O'Farrell, all of St. Louis. Also surviving are numerous Nieces; Nephews; Aunts; Uncles & Cousins.

Per Sandra's wishes, there will be no public visitation -or- funeral services.
