Sandra "Sandy" Lee Francis

Sandra Lee Bullock Francis, 69, of Bonne Terre, passed away peacefully Monday, July 18, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born Friday, September 5, 1952 at the Bonne Terre hospital to James and Wanda Brower Bullock. She graduated from North County High School in 1970, a few years after Bonne Terre and Desloge schools were combined. She lived her whole life in Bonne Terre. She worked for Trimfoot for 51 years as a warehouse manager in Farmington. She enjoyed crafting, auctions, and junking. Her greatest joys in life were her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Daniel Francis, and daughter-in-law Dawn Francis.

She is survived by her children Clay Francis with girlfriend Hanna Jenkins and Darla Francis Wade and fiancé Lee Sweatt, her grandchildren Hunter, Emily, and Whitley Francis, Sienna DiLoretta, Taylor Cross, Harlee and Lane Wade, her brothers John (Becky) Bullock, Dan (Marie) Bullock, James “Jeebo” (Marsha) Bullock, Tim (Sharon) Bullock, Chris (Robin) Bullock, Phil (Tracy) Carroll, and Bob (Vickie) Carroll.

She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews including Mike and Christy Sipp, John and Brooke Bullock, Jake and Katy Robinson, Zeke and Sheena Bullock, Kim Allen, Paula Golden, Marcus Ratcliff, James and Carolyn Bullock, Ethan and Jamie Rawson, Jesse and Faith Wright, Nathan and Nicole Blair, Tiana Eltouny, Tyler and Kristin Thomure, Kevin Bullock, Adam and Mandy Carroll, Lance Carroll, Chris and Kristen Carroll, and Keith and Rachel Carroll.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bonne Terre and was proud to know the Lord before her death. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 21, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Visitation will resume Friday, July 22, 2022, at    9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM. Pastor Randy Black will be officiating. Interment will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
