Sarah E. Weiss

Mrs. Sarah Ellen Weiss passed away early Tuesday morning, Oct. 28, 2008, at her St. Louis residence at the age of 92 years & 2 days. Sarah was born Oct. 26, 1916, in Libertyville, MO., and was the daughter of Oliver Hayden Moore and Martha Mattie 'King' Moore. Also preceding-in-death were: her husband, Marvin Weiss (June 20, 1982); 1 Son, Jack Weiss; 3 Sisters: Ruth Long; Gene Yount & Hazel Beckwith. Also, 5 Brothers: Henry Moore; George Moore; Cleo Moore; Leo Moore & Roy Moore.

Survivors Include : 2 Daughters - Carol McEntire, of Maplewood, MO. & Mary See, of Bloomsdale, MO. 1 Son, Donald (& Shelba) Weiss, of Terre du Lac, MO. Also surviving are: 9 Grandchildren; 12 Great-Grandchildren; Several Great, Great-Grandchildren; numerous Nieces; & Nephews.

Visitation : Thursday, 10:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL.

Graveside Service : Thursday, 12 Noon, Oct. 30, 2008

at : Weiss Family Cemetery, rural Doe Run, with Rev. Jay Lacey officiating.
