Sarah Jane
Sansoucie
August 20, 1988 – May 23, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sarah Jane Sansoucie, who left this world too soon on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the age of 37. Sarah was born on Saturday, August 20, 1988, in Farmington, Missouri, to Nathan "Danny" Black and Cindy (Sansoucie) King.
Sarah was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and friend whose kind heart and gentle spirit touched so many lives. She found joy in the simple things and had a creative soul that shined through everything she did. Sarah loved coloring, listening to music, and spending time making crafts, often turning ordinary moments into special memories with the people she loved most. Whether she was singing along to her favorite songs, working on a craft project, or sharing laughter with family and friends, Sarah brought warmth and comfort wherever she went.
Above all else, Sarah was a devoted and dedicated mother. Her children were the center of her world, and she loved them with all her heart. She worked hard to give them love, support, and happy memories they will carry with them forever. The bond she shared with her children was undeniable, and her love for them will continue to guide and surround them always.
Sarah is survived by her mother, Cindy King; children, Wyatt Ligue, Abby Ligue, and Jason Sansoucie; sister, Danielle Freeman; brother in law who was loved like a brother, Josh Freeman; aunts and uncles, Becky Johnson, Brenda Pierce, Donna Glore, Tim Black, and Bobby Black; along with loving nieces, nephews and friends. Each of them holds cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
Sarah's light will forever shine in our hearts, reminding us to cherish the simple joys and love one another fiercely, just as she did. May she rest in peace, embraced by the warmth of the love she shared with all of us. Sarah was preceded in death by her father, Nathan "Danny" Black, aunt, Mary "Boo" Stewart; and uncles, Bill Black and Willard Sansoucie.
