Seva June Lenz

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Seva June Lenz announces her passing on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at the age of 89. Daughter of the late Raymond and Edith (Cash) Barton, Seva was born on Sunday, April 4, 1937, in Oats, Missouri.

In addition to her parents, she is proceeded in death by her loving husband, Floyd Lenz; sister, Gail Clark; and children: Brad (Kile) Barton, Melissa Bequette, and Thela Barton.

Seva is survived by her son, Steve Barton; grandchildren: Shawn, Wayne, Kara, Krista, Richard, and Tish; twenty-three (23) great-grandchildren; seventeen (17) great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Neeka Cheesebrough and Reginald Barton; special friend, Brian Phillips; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son – Taylor Chapel in Farmington, Missouri. A memorial visitation for Seva is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10 AM until the service time of 11 AM. Services will be hosted by the Leadington Free Will Baptist Church.
