Shirley Jean Conway, 82, of DeSoto, passed away Oct. 31, 2010 at the Hillcrest Care Center. She was born July 8, 1928 in Bonne Terre. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Velma (Govero) Mabery; her husband, Tony Conway; son, Ray Lee Conway; brothers, Virgil, Bural, Roland and Melvin Mabery; sisters, Juanita Bradshaw, Norma Lee Politte; son-in-law, Rick Bailey.Shirley is survived by two sons; Michael Conway and Tony Conway and wife Debbie; daughter, Terry Bailey; daughter-in-law, Kathy Conway; 9 Grandchildren; 10 Great-Grandchildren; Brothers, Leroy Mabery and wife Frances, Warren Mabery, Bryan "Butch" Mabery and wife Becky, Ronnie Mabery; Sisters, Opal (Mrs. Ivan) Griffin, Marcella (Mrs. John) Nelms, Sandra Schaffler, Christine Welch, Hope (Mrs. Clarence) Kohut, Margaret Pyeatt, Sharon (Mrs. Ken) Belew; and special friend, Jim GrassVisitation will be at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre on Wednesday, November 3 from 5 PM until 9 PM. Service will be at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre at 1 PM on Thursday with Bishop Danny Pyeatt officiating. Interment will follow in the Bonne Terre Cemetery.
