Stanley Dale Morris

Stan Morris, 86, of Park Hills, passed away October 5, 2023, at Stockhoff Nursing Center in Fredericktown. He was born July 11, 1937, in Bonne Terre, to the late Stanley Herbert and Edna Pearl (Smith) Morris. Stan was a member of the Fellowship Free Will Baptist Church in Park Hills. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked for General Motors painting cars for over 31 years, before retiring. Stan loved tinkering with old cars, listening to jazz and rag time music.

He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Patricia (Turley) Morris and one brother, Charles Morris.

Stan is survived by his wife, Charlotte (Reeves) Morris; daughters, Cathy Ruble, Gina Klaus and husband Jim, Kelly Casada and husband Steve; three grandchildren, Ryan (Laurie) Ruble, Chad (Katie) Ruble, and Koby Klaus; five great-grandchildren, Landon, Maddy, Arya, Nova and Ezra Ruble; siblings, Doyle Morris and Patricia (Morris) Ahner; several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends also survive.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 10:00 AM until the service time of 1:00 PM with Pastor Wayne Phillips and Pastor Curt Gwartney officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington. Memorials may be directed to the Fellowship Free Will Baptist Church or Alzheimer’s Association.
