Tammy Lynn Moore

Tammy Lynn Moore, 36, of Valles Mines, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012 at her residence. She was born Sunday, May 16, 1976 in Farmington. She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis R. Wells and grandparents, Walter V. and Alice E. Wells. Tammy is survived by two children, Bailey Moore and Brandon Moore; grandson, Josh Moore; sisters, Tina Smith and Regina Brooks; significant other, Steve Sheldon; two uncles, Jerry (Marcia) Wells and Brian (Deanna) Wells; aunt, Vanessa Wright and several nieces, nephews and cousins.Visitation will be Monday, June 18, 2012 at 10 a.m. with a service following at 12 p.m. at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Burial will follow at Adams Hillcrest Cemetery.
