Terri Lynn Cissell, born August 6, 1953, in Festus, Missouri, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Terri found joy in the warmth of summertime, the sweetness of babies, and all things beautiful. As a beautician for many years, she helped others look and feel their very best — something she valued deeply in her own life as well. She loved being dressed up, with her hair done and her jewelry on, carrying herself with quiet elegance and grace.

Above all else, Terri loved her children and grandchildren more than anything. They were her heart, her purpose, and her greatest blessing.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie E. Noack Baer; her father, Vernon Lee “Duke” Baer; and her brother, Michael “Mike” Baer.

Terri is lovingly survived by her husband, Mike Cissell. Terri and Mike were married on December 25, 1999, and shared many years together. She is also survived by her children: Lorna Cureton Stockmann (Delly Stockmann), Jennifer Cureton (Clay Crass), Sara Cureton Bannister (Mike Zaricor), and Elizabeth Cureton; her stepson, Cory Cissell and his children; her grandchildren: Courtney Bellew (Randon Bellew), Easton Clark, Deegan Bannister, Colyer Bannister, Mylee Bannister, Cash Duckworth, Tabor Zaricor, Stockton Crass, Steele Crass, Cross Duckworth, and Swayzi Crass; her great-grandchildren, Bryer Ellis and Kovi Bellew; and her sister, Tami Gant.

Terri’s love for beauty, family, and life itself will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Details are pending and will be updated here when finalized.
