Mrs. Thelma Arlene Smith passed away Monday, July 7, 2003, at her Farmington residence at the age of 79 years, 11 months & 28 days. Thelma was born on July 9, 1923, in Bollinger Co., Mo., to Luther Alvin Masters & Annie 'Mayfield' Masters. Also preceding were: 1 Sister, Grace Masters, in-infancy & 1 Brother, Norman Masters. Thelma was a member of The Libertyville United Methodist Church & married Jan. 23, 1943, to Andrew B. Smith, Jr. SURVIVORS INCLUDE: Her HUSBAND, Andrew B. Smith, Jr., of Farmington; 3 DAUGHTERS: Judith Ann Sullivan, Winter Garden, FL; Sharon 'Mrs. Thomas' Finley, Farmington; Janice Elaine 'Mrs. Mark' Cunningham, Farmington. 1 SON: Richard Andrew Smith, Farmington. 9 GRANDCHILDREN: Keri Milewski; Dayna Mell; Alyson Mell; Cacyi White; Andrew Cunningham; Jennefer Smith; Cinthia Sales; Steven Smith & Brian Smith. Also, 2 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Grace Milewski & Whitney Marler. Visitation Wednesday, 4-8 p.m., resuming Thursday @ 7 am at TAYLOR Funeral CHAPEL. Visitation moves Thurs, 12 Noon & funeral at 1:00 p.m. at Libertyville United Methodist Church with Rev. Mark Cunningham officiating. Interment, Libertyville Methodist Cemetery.
