Thelma J. Blake

Mrs. Thelma J. Blake passed away at her Farmington residence early Friday morning, November 21, 2014, at the age of 76 years and 28 days. Thelma was born on October 23, 1938, in Mill Creek, Missouri, and was the daugther of Lloyd J. Hahn and Katherine 'Winch' Hahn. Also preceding-in-death were: her husband, Leonard P. Blake (Aug. 19, 1995); 2 sisters, Eula McFarland & Glenda McGinley; and 5 brothers: Harold Hahn; Paul Hahn; Carl Hahn; Clarence Hahn & Gerald Hahn.

Thelma was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Farmington, and a retired Accounting Clerk at Southwestern Bell Telephone Co.

Survivors Include : a daughter, Rebecca Blake, of Farmington. A sister, Hilda Braunn, of DeSoto. A brother, Wayne (& Ruth) Hahn, of Farmington. Also surviving are numerous nieces & nephews.

Visitation : Monday, 4-7 p.m. with a ROSARY @ 6:00 p.m.

Visitation Resumes : Tuesday, 6:30 - 9:30 a.m.

Funeral Mass : Tuesday, 10:00 a.m., November 25, 2014

at : St. Joseph Catholic Church, Farmington, with Fr. Rickey Valleroy officiating.

Interment follows at : Marcus Memorial Park Cemetery, Fredericktown
