'View Video Tribute'

Mrs. Thelma Maxine Smith passed away on Sunday morning, February 27, 2005, at the Camelot Nursing Center, in Farmington, at the age of 77 years, 3 months & 9 days. Thelma was born on November 18, 1927, in Farmington, to Raymond Lester Wright & Florence Gladys 'Mecey' Wright. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Shirley Christopher Smith, on Nov. 4, 1968, & 1 Sister, Mary Jane Knox.

Mrs. Smith retired from Farmington State Hospital #4 as a Psychiatriac Aide for more than 35 years.

Survivors Include: 2 DAUGHTERS: Mrs. Karen S. Pinkston, of Farmington; Judy C. 'Mrs. Darren' Koffman, of Bonne Terre; 6 GRANDCHILDREN: Richard C. Pinkston, of Farmington; Charissa M. (Mrs. Steve) Palmer, of Farmington; Bryan D. Hubbard & fiance' Mandy Faulkner, of Farmington; Amber J. Hubbard, with the US Air Force, Stationed in Germany; Daniel P. Koffman & Ian G. Koffman, both of Bonne Terre. 2 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Alex Palmer, of Farmington & Katy Hubbard, of Farmington.

Visitation: Monday, 5-8 pm. Visitation resumes Tuesday morning at 7:00 a.m., & funeral Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., March 1, 2005, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL with Dr. Alton Loveless officiating. Interment following at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve County.
