Theresa Elaine Moyers

Theresa Elaine Moyers, age 56 passed away on Friday, February 25, 2022, at her home in Fredericktown, Missouri. She was born on April 11, 1965, in Ironton, Missouri to Clinton Leeroy Sr. and Patricia (Ledbetter) Walton. On September 30, 1989, in Fenton, Missouri she was united in marriage to Edward "Ed" Keith Moyers, he preceded her in death on January 7, 2021. She is survived by one son & daughter-in-law – Coty & Codi Moyers of Desloge, Missouri; one daughter & son-in-law – Casey & Joel Miller of St. Louis, Missouri; mother – Pat Otterbein of Fredericktown; father & stepmother – Clinton Walton Sr. & Clara of Greenville, Missouri; two brothers & sisters-in-law – Wade & Jane Walton of Herculaneum, Missouri and Michael & Nicole Walton of Clay, Michigan; one sister – Crystal Walton of Annapolis, Missouri and four grandchildren – Alyssa, Bryce, Remingtyn and Eliana. In addition to her husband Ed, she is preceded in death by two brothers – Clinton Walton Jr., and Randy Walton. Theresa had worked at New Era Bank in Fredericktown as teller and manager for several years, she enjoyed gardening, decorating, and restoring furniture, but her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family; she was a member of Mountain View Church in Marquand, Missouri. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m., - 1:00 p.m., on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., also on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Burns officiating. Internment will be at Walton Chapel Cemetery in Ellsinore, Missouri. Condolences may be posted on this website.
