Theron Lee Worley passed away February 12, 2010, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis. Theron was born July 18, 1915, in Sprott, Missouri, the son of Albert L. Worley and Maggie Mae 'Reynolds' Worley. Also preceding in death were his wife of 60 years, Erma Faye 'Horton' Worley (Oct. 2009), sisters Thelma Price, Berniece Cleve, and Helen Shirrell, as well as siblings Gladys and Henry who died in infancy, and son-in-law Thomas Boersig, Jr.

Theron was a longtime faithful member and Deacon at Farmington First Baptist Church, and was an original member of the Friendly Fellows Sunday School Class. Theron served as a board member for the Ste. Genevieve County Feeder Calf Association, the Busiek School, and MFA. He was also a strong supporter of 4-H and FFA.

Survivors include daughters Faye Worley of Farmington and Glenda Boersig of St. Louis; sons Richard (Karen) Worley of Farmington, Edward Worley (Debra Richard) of Bonne Terre, and Stephen (Rebecca) Worley of Farmington; Sisters Dorothy Brann of St. Peters, Norma (Wm) Johnson of St. Louis; and grandchildren: Richard Jr., Rodney, Shylah, McKinley, Daniel, and Sarai Worley; Thomas III, Leah, and Sam Boersig; Samantha (Travis) Pirtle and Derek Richard.

Visitation : Tuesday, 4-9 p.m. Visitation resumes Wednesday, 6:30 - 9:00 a.m.

Funeral Services : Wednesday, 11:00 a.m., Feb. 17, 2010

at : Farmington First Baptist Church, with Dr. William C. Miller officiating.

Interment follows in Parkview Cemetery, Farmington.
