"Tom"

Thomas Charles Boone Sr., "Tom", age 73 passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024, at his home near Fredericktown, Missouri. He was born on July 31, 1950, in Batesville, Indiana to Edward Eugene and Janice Ebony (Moore) Boone.

He is survived by two daughters – Bobbi Boone and Lakeley Archer; son – Ackerley Archer; brother – John (Debbie) Boone; sisters – Kim Boone, Marquita Wilson, Beth Henniger and Sheryl Tellison; grandchildren – Cadion Carter, Jessica Harper, Braxton Ezra Boone, Autumn Dill and Summer Boone and his niece – Christine Archer Morgan.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Edwards and one son – Thomas Boone Jr.

Tom was a United States Army Veteran and was a truck driver for JP McClane Transport in Poplar Bluff, Missouri; he enjoyed fishing, working on his truck and playing gas station slots.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., also on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Sawyer officiating.

Interment will be in Mt. Gilead Cemetery near Fredericktown with military honors.
