Thomas “Leland” Graviett, 80, of Farmington passed away Friday, June 3, 2022 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis. He was born Friday, May 8, 1942 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to the late Clarence “Thomas” Graviett and Clara “Eudora” (McCarty) Graviett. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife Sandra (Smith) Graviett. Leland retired from MoorMan Feed where he was a salesman and manager; in retirement, he was a cattle farmer. Leland could sell anything, to anyone. He loved being outdoors, traveling the US and antiquing. He also loved hunting and antique cars.
Leland is survived by his two sons; David (Nancy) Graviett and Mark (Joy Roberts) Graviett; four grandchildren, Matthew (Dr.Lindsey) Graviett, Andrea (Ben) Eggering, Wesley Allen Graviett and Stephanie Graviett; three great-grandchildren, Charlie Graviett, Wells Graviett and Valerie Eggering; one sister, Elaine Mays.
There will be a graveside service held at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on Thursday June 9, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. with Bob UpChurch officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
