Thomas Spears

Lynn Thomas Spears, age 71, of Desloge, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at his residence in Desloge. He was born on Monday, August 3, 1953, in Little Rock, Arkansas. 

Thomas was talented at playing the piano and organ. He shared his passion for music by playing the organ at First Congregational Church in Bonne Terre. His love for cultivating plants and tending to flower beds showcased his green thumb and appreciation for nature. In addition to his dedication to his faith and gardening, Thomas had a deep appreciation for music, with a special fondness for the iconic tunes of Andy Williams. 

Thomas is survived by his loving son, Andy Spears and his special friend, Dennis Willis. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Evelyn (Simmons) Spears and his fur baby Lucy.

Arrangements under the direction of C. Z. Boyer Funeral Home in Desloge. Memorials if desired in memory of Thomas can be made to the American Heart Association.
