Thomas "Tom Turkey" Kitchell

Thomas Boyd Kitchell, known to most as "Tom Turkey", passed away October 31, 2017 at his residence at the age of 55 years. He was born January 16, 1962 in Union, Missouri the son of the late William Sherwood and Audrey Lee (Smith) Kitchell. Tom is survived by two brothers; William Kitchell and wife, Nellie, of Blackwell, Missouri and John Kitchell and wife, Stephanie of DeSoto, Missouri, and a sister; Sherry Schilling and husband, Larry of Decorah, Iowa. Tom is also survived by numerous foster siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his long-time companion, Sonya Thomas. Tom was a 1981 graduate of Arcadia Valley High School. He was a member of Belleview United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting and mowing yards.
