Tom Mills

Thomas Henry Mills, 88, of Jackson passed away October 11, 2022 at his residence. He was born July 1, 1934 in St. Louis to the late Thomas Leslie Mills and Georgia (Nauman) O’Brien. He was a member of the Irondale Church of the Nazarene. Tom was also an active member of the Elvins Ionic Lodge #154 of Desloge and the Boy Scouts. He loved to fish and go house boating in Canada. He also enjoyed dressing up as Santa.

Tom is survived by his wife, Clara (Stephens) Mills; two sons, Stephen Mills and Gregory Mills and wife Leah; three grandchildren, Levi, Thomas and Lizzie. His dog, Scout also survives.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. A funeral service will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Desloge with Pastor Duane Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Wallen Cemetery in Irondale. Memorials may be made to the Boy Scouts Greater St. Louis Council.
