Tom White

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tom White, age 81, who passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2025. Tom was born on October 1, 1944, in Fredericktown. He served his country in the United States Navy. He was employed at Brown Shoe Company until it closed. He then became a correction officer at the Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre.

Tom was a family man who spent much of his time with his wife, daughter, and grandsons. He enjoyed fishing, watching stock car racing, reading, hunting, and riding his Harley with friends

He was preceded in death by his parents, William “Bill” and Dorothy (Hutchison) White, and a grandson, Seth Thomas Starkey.

Tom is survived by his wife of 57 years, Donna (Ferguson) White; adoring daughter, Rhonda (Scott) Starkey; grandson, Isaak (Mackenzie) Starkey; brothers, William David White, and Sherman (Leona) White. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home-Wilson Chapel on Wednesday November 12, 2025, from 11:00 AM to time of service at 1:00 PM. Brother Wayne Phillips officiating. Interment will be held at Snowdenville Cemetery in Cornwall, Missouri. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Wilson Chapel in Fredericktown.
