Velma Melissa Fiebig

Mrs. Velma Melissa Fiebig passed away on Friday afternoon, January 17, 2003, at the Country Meadows Nursing Home, in Park Hills, MO., at the age of 93 years, 11 months & 25 days. She was born Jan. 22, 1909, in Forest City, Ark., & was the daughter of John Erwin Hood & Ada 'Leatherwood' Hood. She was also preceded-in-death by: her husband, Fred Fiebig; 1 Sister & 2 Brothers. Velma was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness. SURVIVORS INCLUDE: 2 SONS - Marvin W. (& Helen) Clem, of St. Louis; William E. (& Glenda) Pitts, of Farmington; 6 GRANDCHILDREN: Steven W. Clem, of St. Louis; Mitchell W. Clem, of St. Louis; Robert Clem, of St. Louis; Brenda (& Patrick) Lee, of Columbia; Sherry Pitts, of Denver, CO.; & Teresa Pitts Ferguson, of Denver, CO. 6 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: David & Tami Clem; Chris & Jeni Lee; Nathan & Hanna Clem. 1 GREAT, GREAT-GRANDSON: Austin Clem. Visitation Sunday, 5-8 p.m., resuming Monday at 7:00 a.m., & funeral Monday, 1:00 p.m., January 20, 2003, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, Farmington, with Mr. Allen Grieshaber officiating. Interment following at New Marcus Memorial Cemetery, Fredericktown. Memorials to: The Salvation Army.
