Verna Aleen Toalson

Mrs. Verna Aleen 'Hensley' Toalson passed away on Monday, September 19, 2005, at the Milder Manor Nursing Home, in Lincoln, Nebraska, at the age of 96 years, 11 months & 12 days. Verna was born Oct. 7, 1908, in Walnut Grove, MO., to Allie Benton Hensley & Lora Ethel 'Neff' Hensley. Verna was also preceded-in-death by: her husband, Joe Marvin Toalson (April 19, 1997); 1 Daughter, Norma Jean Toalson; 1 Son, David Kent Toalson; 1 Sister & 2 Brothers.

Verna was a member of the Farmington Christian Church & a former employee of the Trimfoot Shoe Company in Farmington.

Survivors include her Son: Dr. Larry D. (& Phoebe) Toalson, of Lincoln, Nebraska; Daughter-In-Law: Barbara Toalson, of Columbia, Missouri; Sister: Lorraine Goldsberry, of Winslow, Arkansas; 6 Grandchildren & 12 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 23, 2005, at TAYLOR Funeral Service, Inc., in Farmington, Missouri.

Graveside Funeral Service: 11:30 a.m., Friday, September 23, 2005, at Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, in Farmington, with Rev. Dale Berck officiating. Interment to follow.
