Vickey Sue Kennon, age 63 of Avon, Missouri passed away on Friday, August 4, 2016 at her daughter's home in Avon. She was born on October 7, 1952 in Fredericktown, Missouri, a daughter of Bernard Ledon and Mary Louise (Kinney) Tinsley. On April 11, 1981 in St. Genevieve, Missouri she was united in marriage to Edwin "Eddie" Kennon, he preceded her in death on November 16, 2006. Her father and son, Rodney Kennon and brothers, Michael and Dale Tinsley also precedes her. She is survived by her mother - Mary "Betty" Cluck of Fredericktown; sons - Jerry Cluck of Fredericktown, Michael (Jennifer) Cluck of Arnold, Missouri and Edwin (Pam) Kennon II of Marquand,Missouri; daughters - Julie (Bill) Wampler of Avon, Penny Cluck of Fredericktown, Annette Kennon of St. Genevieve and Tammy Dailey of Fredericktown; sisters - Kathy (Terry) Robbins and Karen (Jimmy) Stafford both of Fredericktown; brother - Billy (Pam) Tinsley of Fredericktown, twenty-nine grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and her very best friend of fifty years, Elayne Garrett of Fredericktown. Vickey had worked in the administration office at Parkland Hospital in Farmington, Missouri; she enjoyed catfishing and spending time with her family but her greatest joy was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; she was a member of Calvary Church. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown and from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., on Monday, August 8, 2016 at Calvary Church also in Fredericktown. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, August 8, 2016 at Calvary Church with Pastor Randy Sawyer officiating.
