Vivian Coleman

Vivian Adair (Hellon) Coleman, 74, of Doe Run passed away August 20, 2022. She was born April 1, 1948 in St. Louis to the late Robert William Hellon, Sr. and Vera Henrietta (Sliter) Hellon. She was a member of Parkland Chapel and Farmington VFW Post 5896 Auxiliary. Vivian was a realtor, landlord and beautician in the area for many years. She loved to travel and enjoyed gardening in her spare time.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Robert “Bob” Hellon, Jr.

Vivian is survived by two children, Crystee Williams and James Coleman, Jr. & wife Tammie; three grandchildren, Cassandra Brinkley and husband Darrion, James Coleman III, Macie Coleman; two great-grandchildren, Ashton and Cameron Brinkley; special friend, Alvin “Al” Hinkebein; sister-in-law, Carolyn Hellon; three nephews, Robert, Michael and Dennis Hellon. Several other family and friends also survive.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 26, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington with a VFW Post 5896 Auxiliary service held at 7:00 PM. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM on Saturday with the service beginning at 10:00 AM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son – Taylor Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Samaritan’s Purse.
