Mrs. Wanda Pipkin passed away Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2003, at Barnes Hospital, St. Louis, MO., at the age of 76 years, 10 months & 7 days. She was born Oct. 26, 1926, in Delassus, to Leonard W. & Myrtle Ellen 'Cox' Smith. Also preceding were: her husband, Russell D. Pipkin (Mar. 9, 1974); 1 Sister, Norma Dorris Wichman Lewis & 1 Brother, Willard E. Smith. Wanda was a member of The Delassus First Baptist Church. SURVIVORS INCLUDE: SONS - R. David (& Connie) Pipkin, of Farmington; Daniel (& Beverly) Pipkin, of Kansas City, MO; 1 SISTER: Mary Ellen Abernathy, of Farmington; 1 BROTHER: Eddie Lowell (& June) Smith, of Delassus. 6 GRANDSONS: Russell (& Kelley) Pipkin, Jr., of Cape Girardeau; Richard Darrin (& Joel) Pipkin, of Jackson; Rodger Douglas Pipkin, of Farmington; Daniel T. Pipkin, of Kansas City, MO; Byron K. Pipkin, of Raytown, MO; John David (& Tawnia) Pipkin, of Leavenworth, KS; 3 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Jared David Pipkin; Chloe James Pipkin & Joshua Michael Pipkin. Also, several Nieces & Nephews. Visitation Thurs, 5-8 p.m., resuming Friday at 7:00 a.m., & funeral Friday, 11:00 a.m., Sept. 5, 2003, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. James Marlar officiating. Interment at Parkview Cemetery, Farmington. Memorials to: Delassus First Baptist Church - Building Fund.
