Willard Eugene Francis

Willard Eugene Francis, age 73 passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021 at his home in Fredericktown, Missouri. He was born on June 18, 1947 in Fredericktown, a son of Gilbert and Annie Francis. In 1985 he married his wife Stella Francis, she survives in Wentzville, Missouri. Other survivors include his children – Eugene Francis and wife Twylla of Fredericktown, Hope Williams of Fredericktown and Heather Carey also of Fredericktown; one brother – Frank Francis of Fredericktown; one sister – Cathy Parsley and husband Roger of Fredericktown; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by four brothers – Johnny, Marsh, Tom and Jerry Francis and three sisters – Pauline, Juanita and Bernadine. Willard was in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary; he later worked at General Motors in St. Louis and enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading, riding his four-wheeler and spending time with his family. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
