William Joe Brown of Ironton, MO passed away August 1, 2015 in Festus, Missouri at the age of 82 years. He was born October 23, 1932 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri the son of the late Russell and Golda Elizabeth (Rhodes) Brown. On August 2, 2005 he was united in marriage to Ivy Darullo who survives. In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by a daughter; Megan Martin of Columbia, Missouri and two sons; Michael Brown of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Jonathon "J.D." Brown of Ironton, Missouri. Also surviving are two sisters; Phyllis and husband Don Branson of Waterloo, Illinois and Barbara and husband John Kennedy of St. Charles, Missouri, three grandchildren; Aubrey, Ashley, and Skyler, and two great grandchildren; Stella and Lucy as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bill served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ironton. He was the owner of Brown Tool and Supply Company for over 40 years.
