Mr. William Franklin Graham, of Libertyville, passed away Saturday night, May 11, 2013, at his home at the age of 96 years, 8 months & 26 days. William was born Aug. 15, 1916, in Libertyville, and was the son of Raymond "R.C." Graham and Antonia (Tona) 'Detring' Graham. Also preceding-in-death were : his wife, Mildred Lucille 'Johnson' Graham (Feb. 10. 2013); a son, Robert Wayne "Sonny" Graham (1960); a son-in-law, Richard Russell, and brothers: Eugene "Gene" Graham and Chester "C.A." (& his wife, Glenda) Graham.

William was a 5th Generation Farmer in the Libertyville area; was recognized as an "Outstanding Conservation Farmer"; a recipient of a Centennial Farm Recognition serving in various agricultural organizations; a teacher at Rush Tower and Libertyville Schools; formerly served as Libertyville Schools Board Member and President; worked for the United States Postal Service as a Rural Letter Carrier, was associated with Farm Mutual Insurance of St. Francois Co. for 57 years, serving as: Agent, Director & President. He was an active member of Libertyville United Methodist Church.

Survivors Include: 2 daughters, Barbara Russell of Farmington; Carol (& Larry) Barnes of Little Rock, Ark. 1 son: Kenny (& Sheri) Graham of Libertyville. 1 sister, Mabel Eaves of Farmington. 1 brother, L.M. "Max" (& Ruth) Graham, of Farmington; 1 sister-in-law, Malva Graham of Farmington. 7 grandchildren: Alan (& Susan) Russell; Chuck (& Brenda) Russell; Lori (& Ted) Jolley; Reagan (& Rowland) McKinney; Sarah (& Steve) Denkler; Michael (& Kendra) Graham; Brian (& Kelly) Graham. Also surviving are 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation : Tuesday, 5-8 p.m. Visitation resumes Wednesday @ 6:30 a.m.

Funeral : Wednesday, 11:00 a.m., May 15, 2013

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Brad Dush officiating.

Interment follows at : Libertyville Christian Cemetery
