Mr. William G. Murdick passed away Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005, at Parkside Towers Nursing Home, St. Louis, at the age of 87 years, 4 months & 19 days. Bill was born on July 15, 1918, in Flat River, MO., & was the son of Phillip S. & Lola Ethel 'Groom' Murdick Mayberry. Also preceding-in-death were: 1 Daughter, Georgia Lee Murdick; 1 Sister, Virginia Murdick Stewart; & 1 Brother, Floyd Murdick.

Bill was: * a US ARMY Veteran of World War II ; * a member & Deacon of Farmington First Baptist Church; * a member & former President of the Farmington Kiwanis Club; * a member of the Farmington Masonic Lodge & Moolah Shrine Temple of St. Louis. Bill was also a realtor with Hulsey Coldwell Banker. Bill retired as Vice-President of Operations from Missouri Natural Gas Co. Bill was a former member of the Farmington VFW Post #5896 & ELKS Lodge #1765.

Survivors Include: his WIFE: Irene 'Hulsey' Murdick, of St. Louis. 1 DAUGHTER: Nikki Murdick, of St. Louis. 2 GRANDCHILDREN: Jason William Murdick, of Phoenix, AZ; Lynn Christine 'Mrs. David' Esteban, of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Visitation: Friday, 4-8 pm. Visitation resumes, Saturday, 7 am - 12 Noon @ Taylor Funeral Chapel & then moves to Farmington First Baptist Church starting at 1:00 p.m.,

Funeral: Saturday, 2:00 p.m., Dec. 10, 2005, at Farmington First Baptist Church.

Interment: Doe Run Memorial Cemetery.
