Wilma Lois Hoehn, 93, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026. She was born on March 29, 1933, to Dudley J. and Ova Thomure (née Kindle).

Wilma was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Earl “Eddie” Hoehn; her parents; daughter, Dawn McKinney; granddaughter, Nikki Ballard; brothers, Howard “Bus” Thomure and Clyde Thomure; and sister, Ida Highley.

She is lovingly survived by her sons, Steve Hoehn (Connie) and Barry Hoehn (Michelle); grandchildren, Scott Hoehn (Sunny), Craig Hoehn, Carrie Bequette (Jake), Heather Riches (Sean), Royce Hoehn (Erika), and Holli Ledbetter (Ross); along with 13 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense pride and joy.

Wilma was a proud cheerleader at Desloge High School in her younger years and went on to build a career as a dedicated paralegal and secretary. She also served as a supportive and respected First Lady of Desloge, standing alongside her husband in service to their community.

She found her greatest happiness in time spent with her family. Wilma had a love for cooking, enjoyed keeping up with her favorite soap operas and Hollywood news, and was a devoted fan of Elvis. She took special pride in raising her beloved violets and was a loyal St. Louis Cardinals fan, rarely missing a game and always cheering them on.

Wilma will be remembered for her strength, warmth, and unwavering love for her family. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home – Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills, Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow at Doe Run Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in honor of Wilma’s memory.
