Woodrow William Boyer

Woodrow William Boyer passed away in Arcadia, Missouri on February 3, 2017 at the age of 94 years. He was born December 13, 1922 in Richwoods, Missouri, son to the late Sherman and Ellen (O'Harver) Boyer. On December 17, 1945, he was united in marriage to Hattie Gay who preceded him in death on September 28, 1993. To this union five children were born: Jimmy Boyer, Virginia Eudy, and Kathy Womble who all preceded him in death, Larry "Paul" Boyer of Ironton, Missouri and Judy Jones of Arcadia, Missouri. Woodrow is also survived by eleven grandchildren, many great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Woodrow is also preceded in death by brothers Joe Boyer, Tim Boyer, Walter Boyer and sisters Mary DeClue and Renie Boyer. Woodrow spent his life working on his farm and was a member of the Arcadia Valley Eagles. He also worked as a carpenter and as a gunsmith.
